During my 14 months at R/GA as Group Director of Production, I led the Verizon Consumer account where we led a team of producers to deliver project work for various social activations, content production, community management, influencer / creator partnerships across Sports, Gaming, Fashion, Entertainment, and Tech. The role was a bit of a hybrid between Program Management and Content Production where I was ultimately responsible for delivering a healthy P&L across the entire consumer account, overseeing overall project flighting and staffing make-ups, while also overseeing day-to-day project work from a director level and providing solutions for producers and other team members to be in the best position for outputting quality deliverables from strategy through execution across a number of different brand partnerships and creator collaborations.
Run the Playlist
Verizon x NFL x Apple Music Partnership
Led content production on launch video for Run the Playlist - A content series that featured playlists curated by NFL players developed in partnership with Apple Music. In addition to developing the launch video we coordinated social posting, community management, and FAQs for the entire 2023-24 NFL season featuring content produced by Uninterrupted, playlist information, and other engaging content around the activation.
Bethenny Frankel x Verizon
Organic Social Content // Brand Affinity
We did person-on-the-street style gift giving this holiday with Bethenny Frankel and Verizon spreading some holiday cheer, while subtly (and not so subtly) reminding folks why there’s no better wireless carrier than Verizon.
“Free the Phones” iPhone 16 Launch
Paid Social Content Series x Influencer Partnership
For the launch of Apple’s keynote product this year, we partnered with IG/Tik-Tok influencers Pooch of NYC, Sanaa Eats, and Caroline Vazzana to create a social-first iteration of their hero spot for TVC, which had phones “flocking'“ to Verizon to become the new iPhone 16 Pro with Apple Intelligence. We led this work from strategy through execution, contracting the creators and also leading production and post-production, bringing the live action support to the creators’ typical place of filming to accomplish the more complex camera movements. The campaign had strong performance against media benchmarks and even better public response on social.
Verizon Guaranteed Trade-In
Paid Social Content Series
For Verizon’s new Guaranteed Trade-In offer, we developed a quick-hitting social campaign that was renewed for an additional round of content supporting the iPhone 16 launch, managed from strategy through production and trafficking. This content series had an additional client challenge for concepting and producing something at a much lower out-of-pocket budget than historically provided, and these were a huge hit. In addition to paid social we also launched a live event giveaway / jumbotron activation at Metlife Stadium on December 8, 2024 giving away a new phone and upgraded seat package to a lucky fan while also getting fans around the stadium hyped up and holding up old and broken phones in support of the campaign.

Fast turn concept and production sprint to develop 2 paid social ads supporting the NFL Sunday Ticket offer through Verizon for the 2024/25 NFL season.
Verizon Accessories
Organic & Paid Social + Creator
Supported a range of content production for Verizon Accessories and branded partner accessories, leveraging found content or producing net-new content with different levels and styles of creators across target segments to feature the phones and key accessories for each SKU pack.
